School Design Ideas Drawing – The design of Fushan Primary School is inspired by traditional Lingnan garden design, which emphasizes innovation, unique materiality and abstract natural forms.

The internal plan with the two volumes of the school building around the courtyard creates a safe learning space and guarantees an open and visible circulation. The courtyard is activated by the art room and the theater, together with the geometric motifs of the garden and the facade, which were created with Lawrence’s mathematical attractiveness.

Student housing and a community center and shopping center are located around the school to promote a creative and balanced experience for students and local residents.

The design qualities of Lingnan Garden, including: innovation, unique materiality and abstract natural forms, were the driving inspiration for the master plan of the schoolyard. The twin volumes of the school are arranged to create a large internal courtyard. This introverted planning diagram provides a safe space for learning as the entire circuit is open air and visible from anywhere in the complex.

The art room and the theater become a focal point that activates the courtyard. These sculptural forms are inspired by the abstract natural geometries found in traditional Chinese gardens. The undulating shape of the buildings is also reminiscent of the flow and orientation in ancient garden design.

Along with the traditional inspiration, we incorporated some mathematical concepts to establish the patterns of garden areas and facade design. The Lorenz attractor is used to establish patterns in lattice geometry, which refers to an attempt to understand the apparent chaos in natural systems. The facades of the gymnasium have a pixelated pattern that is based on the migration of the stain that passes through the surface and rises. Formulas provide a beautiful example but also a learning opportunity because they are made of mathematical equations. Students will experience the world around them and be able to find deeper meaning by studying the patterns on which the school is based.

Student buildings are also next to the school. The student accommodation is far enough away to give students a sense of isolation from the school environment, balanced with connection. The master plan also includes a community center and shopping center located to the east of the site on the opposite corner of the student residence. The complex includes food and beverage areas, a library and small medical clinics to support students and local residents. The same DNA that defines the school is also embedded in these centers.

This complex is equipped with all necessary components to create a sense of place for students and local residents. These centers are the cornerstone of the future residential buildings to be developed.

The integration of high-level mathematical ideas hidden beneath the design surface will hopefully help foster creative thinking and curiosity in students and local residents.

Middle school art is about building on the foundations learned in elementary school, allowing students to explore subjects and styles that interest them. They still need a lot of discipline and structure, but you can give them the freedom to express themselves.

I like to focus on projects that teach important techniques while providing enough space for students to create unique works of art. It can be difficult, they still need structure to feel successful, but you want to avoid cookie-cutter projects. I often use elements of art and design principles as a way to guide my curriculum while covering a wide range of materials and topics.

The first day of school can be chaotic. There are many administrative tasks that need to be done, and it can be difficult for high school students to sit and listen. I like to give them an activity, like a knowledge sheet, to start getting everyone settled in their assigned places. Once everyone is settled in, I go through the curriculum and we quickly begin activities on the first day.

The first day is all about getting things moving and engaging the children. I no longer start long projects until the second or third day of school. My first projects are decorating portfolios (putting two pieces of posters together and decorating with markers) or working on elements of art papers.

Last summer, I graduated from a full-time high school curriculum. Throughout the year, students are taught painting, drawing and sculpting techniques. Each project focuses on an element of art or design principles. It became one of the most popular items in my high school. Check out this bundle and my other popular items below. With a group of students from across the university, we created this mural to decorate a multimedia classroom that is used by many teachers and students for various activities, including Italian classes for international students.

The students designed a big tree with its roots planted in the soil of its origin, but its branches reach into the future, to their dreams and aspirations. In every language, the thoughts we cultivate are a source of inspiration, hope and growth, and for this reason the tree is complete with the words we have collected from many boys and girls who speak different languages but share the same ideals. .
