Designs For Paper Cutting Art – Yes, everyone! This is Quinn from zquinns_art on Instagram. I’ve been making paper cut art for years, and have included some pieces in my journal. But I have never tried to cut the paper in my diary until today. For my cover page this month, I wanted to create something fun and unique, so my boyfriend suggested that I try cutting something instead of creating something like I usually do. I liked the idea and thought I would give it a try. It turned out so well that I wanted to share it with you all!

This is a tutorial for those who have never cut paper or for those who are experts with the x-acto knife. I definitely encourage you to try it!

Before you begin, you’ll want to draw the back of the page you want on the pattern. You can also paste the template to the back of the page. I’ve included a design template I created for you to use if you’d like.

When using the template, just remember that you want to remove the purple parts of the design and keep it white.

If you want to create your own design, try to create one that is not too complicated. The thinner the lines, the more it will roll, or the more you cut, the thinner the piece and the harder it is to cut. The model I created is medium difficulty. One thing I like to do with thick marks is on parts of my drawing. By using markers, I space the lines wide enough that I don’t have to worry about the pattern being too tight.

Once you are happy with the design, you can just start cutting the piece! It’s as simple as that, but I have a few tips to make the process easier.

You can watch my YouTube video to see how I got around this page. This can give you a better idea of how to get your art done!

For the finished piece, you have several options. You can leave it as it is, you can put a piece of colored paper behind it to make it stand out, or you can even color the background to fill the page better! It is completely up to you how you want to finish it. I will probably put purple paper on the back of the page because I like the color and it goes well with my theme for the month.

I look for simple crafts, arts and crafts. Paper cutting art is one of my favorites. In this guide I will show you how to make simple, colorful, inexpensive, yet beautiful wall art.

Draw a thin border on the background using a ruler and pencil. Use a pencil so you can erase the border later.

You can define your art design before you start, but I think that’s not fun. I started randomly and continued. In the end it turned out well on its own!

You can draw the main design after you are done and then glue some pieces of paper to fill in the empty corners (if you want). I also glued small pieces of paper on top of the larger ones, to make the wall art look more colorful.

It’s so much fun to make these crafts without a design in mind! I find it easier than the extended triangle art I posted.

You can make your own art from a local print shop, local shops or just do it yourself. This time I didn’t make them myself, I didn’t have much time, so I had to order them from a local print shop.

One way is to laminate the art from a store (local store, print shops) or do it yourself if you have a laminating machine. Then attach (with glue) the laminated artwork to the same size hardboard. Use a utility knife to cut hardwood. After gluing art and hardboard, paper cutting is an art form of cutting paper with a sharp knife to create designs or images. It can be simple or complex depending on the desire of the artist.

I’ve been doing this for a few years now and I’ve found that it’s a great way to create a beautiful painting with different types of paper. You can color the paper according to your needs or use ready-made kraft paper.

Here, I will discuss my favorite paper cutting art style, ie. and mandala patterns. I’ll be sharing some basics as well as tips and tricks for making this paper cut art.

Measure your paper and choose a spot that is in the middle of the paper, mark it with a pencil so you can erase it later. Use a drawing compass to draw a circle around the central point. Measure the distance from the center point and draw a series of circles around this center point. Each circle doesn’t have to be the same distance apart, it really depends on the design you have in mind to create.

With the help of a protractor, mark each degree on the outer edge, with a straight line from 0 ° to 180 ° around the circle, then with a ruler, draw lines that pass through the center, touching the degree points. The last circle of your paper. It will create symmetrical triangles from the center point. They can help you plan your layout around the center.

Begin drawing your design inside each circle and triangle with a pencil. The basis that you have created, i.e. circle and lines, helps you to create any design with the same size and perfect shape. This design can be a leaf, flower, triangle or any other geometric pattern.

Hold the paper with your fingers, and start cutting the inner part of the mandala design. Start with the middle circle part of the pattern and proceed to the last circle pattern. Sometimes it’s easier to go around the paper, instead of a knife, cut a piece, don’t try to rush, be patient with your argument. Cut the paper pieces carefully from inside the design without touching the drawn borders/lines.

Remove the cutting pieces. You can use a knife to pick up a cut piece of paper and then rub it with your fingers. If it doesn’t come out the first time, you can use a knife to grab the corner that is closed with paper and then pull it. Remember to take breaks from time to time. Stop and look at your work and check if it is cut correctly or not. Do the same process until you have cut out the final circular pattern pieces. After that you will get your final cut piece as seen in the picture. You can decorate it according to your choice with the help of wall frame or table frame.

I hope you like this art and make it your own style. I share this process with you from my experience with this art form. All these tips I have learned in the process of making, I hope it will help you to make better.
