Fmp Ideas Art And Design – The first step in my FMP is to create an idea. I chose to do this in my sketchbook. So that I can easily add my own ideas and research. And to continue my work together.

I love coming up with ideas that can be used for comics or video games. Because these are the things I want to do in the future. I created mind maps on two topics: Social media issues. and environmental and health issues. Then I tried to think of different ways. to cover these Including creating thumbnails and sketching ideas

I’m interested in two main ideas. The first is a collection of autobiographical cartoons about real events and conversations in my life. I like this because it gives me a way to explain and help me process my thoughts and feelings. However, I’m worried about what other people will think after reading the manga. Especially if it combines these in some way.

Ual Foundation Diploma Visual Communication

My second idea was to create conceptual art about possible futures for our world. Includes landscapes/environments, artifacts, and characters.  I feel this would be a better choice for my FMP as it would give me the opportunity to develop my skills in using paint and painting mediums. and my ability to draw realistic and believable objects and structures. That’s the space I need to make improvements in

I’m now updating my offer. After reflecting on the work I’ve done in these early stages,  I’m glad I chose to use the sketchbook format. And I plan to continue documenting my work in this way throughout FMP.

I always suspected my FMP would be a picture book. But my travels over the past few years have led me to attend children’s workshops. and ignited a passion for education that I gave up the first time for many reasons. It all comes back to confidence.

My interests have turned to activity books and creative books in particular. After submitting a recent dissertation on meaning-making in children’s art. and why they lose creative confidence at the age of 7-8. I had a specific target audience and had a 6 year old and soon to be 8 year old at home as my ‘guinea pig’. be there for the next 3 months and beyond.

Achieving a balance between aesthetics for adults and appeal to children is a top priority. And I kept coming back to the idea of ​​a collection. It’s my favorite module. So I have enough knowledge and experience to apply. And I’m confident that the collection will make the book both user-friendly and visually interesting. I also feel like it’s beneficial to combine ideas for different projects. And with the accompanying ‘collection’ of examples, I can apply my thesis research to give real-life examples to the kids, but still leave clear instructions for their understanding. Young children can also use this book as an educational tool. (How many red hats do Guatemalan worry dolls have? Can you count the creatures on this page, etc.)?

Circle Outstanding color collection. And I often feel like that image needs to be created/be something else, like something that needs to be cut out, a toy or a useful/practical object. Trying to steer myself more towards collage than screen printing. This is because I can manage it in my own studio instead of relying on the university. I couldn’t resist taking a “before” photo (what a trick!) so I decided to take an “after” photo through the rear window. Small but fully functional studio. This is because there is a bit of disagreement about the age range the book is aimed at. After many nights of sorting, two large boxes of children’s magazines and activity books were finally combined into a single pair. Organized into activities, posts, and collages, my next challenge was to do the activities. To know why I like them Why do I feel those activities are appropriate? And how can I adapt it to my own project? Many events are featured in my RVJ and I also feature them on Instagram.

While watching these activities I was impressed with my sense of what would work and what wouldn’t, and my confidence surprised me . Because confidence in your own thoughts is something you will always struggle with. So I feel relieved and encouraged by optimism. And I realized that I had spent the last few years working with children. Host a workshop Plan Art Club activities, lead classroom projects, ensure my child has access to fun and different activities. And in general, it is very beneficial for me to immerse myself in everything related to children’s creativity. I can predict what will work and what won’t. But more importantly, I can give reasons why. However, communicating clearly under pressure is not always easy. But it’s easy to demonstrate here, on my Instagram page and in RVJ.

I have very clear views about what makes a creative book rather than an activist book. And this is the foundation of what I’m trying to achieve.
