Animal Crossing Custom Design Pro Editor Ideas – First you need to open the PRO Design Tool with Nook Miles. To do this you need Nook Miles+ (unlocked after paying 5,000 miles to Nook at the beginning of the game). Once you’ve paid, you’ll get access to other items you can purchase for Nook Miles! One of them is the PRO Design Tool for 800 miles.
This will open the top menu that will allow you to change the currently selected color (outlined in blue above) by changing the Hue, Vividness and Brightness.

Use your L stick to switch between color, clarity, and brightness, and move the sliders left and right to change values.
Once you’ve changed all the colors you want, press the A button to lock them in! And now you can use the palette to create your design!
As far as I’ve tested, palettes can only be saved to the design you’re currently working on. There is no custom palette to choose from in the previous design and the newly created design. So every time you create a new design, you need to create a custom palette!

Game. Most Nintendo Switch consoles have automatic updates activated in their settings, but if yours doesn’t, you’ll have to update the game manually.
The version update is in 1.9. If not, hover over the game on your Switch UI and press the plus (+) button on your console. Press “Software Update” and then “Via Internet” to check for updates. Your game needs to be updated.
Once the game is updated, you need to go to Guest Services and visit the Nook Miles kiosk. There, you can purchase updates for your Custom Design Pro feature. Your NookPhone will be updated and you’re good to go.
After accessing the app on their NookPhone, players can create their own designs using the grid, pen, and paint. However, players can also transfer designs created by others to their smartphones using QR codes and the Nintendo Online app.

The Custom Days app allows you to create your own days or download some via QR code. Once you’ve opened the Able Sisters shop you can approach the kiosk and post any of your custom decks, search by deck ID, or search by creator ID. You will need a paid subscription to Nintendo Online to access this feature.
You can “dress up” any QR code dies you download (from New Leaf or third party, fanmade sites like AC Patterns) with generic tops or face paint. (You can place it on ground/floor, wall or even as canvas). When scanning the Pro Dress, you can wear it as a dress, coat, etc., but all other dresses will be transferred as “Custom Dress” instead of the more versatile one.
