Occupational Health And Safety Act Ontario – The Ministry of Labor (MOL) requires all organizations to publish information on health and safety in their workplace. However, many organizations are unclear about what they “should” report.
The following is the current disclosure requirement in Ontario for establishments with more than five employees, unless ordered by an inspector:

Ohsa Charges And Fines
If customers cancel within 30 days of ordering the product or receive and return the product at their own expense, they will receive a full credit for the cost of each subscription year.
If subscribers cancel between 31 and 60 days after the billing date and return the items on their invoice, they will receive a credit of 5/6 of the annual subscription fee. No credit will be given for cancellations made more than 60 days after the invoice date. To receive a credit, the buyer must return all items shipped during the year of their debt within the cancellation period specified above.
