And you can bet that almost every time we’re tasting bubbles or making our own at home, we have charcuterie boards or cheese boards because they’re the best and easiest to put together.

While we all love meat and cheese, a great way to try other types of charcuterie boards is to take a large board and make any type of charcuterie board. When I saw Jenny Keller of Jenny Cookis form the Legal Remedies Council last year, I knew the possibilities were endless.
And yes, we recreated this custom board during our girls weekend in Oregon at Bubbles Fest and it was amazing! And of course, just like a regular butcher board, it was super easy to put together and a lot of fun.
I keep saying how easy it is because it’s true. Now, of course, there are professionals who make it look so good you almost don’t want to eat it, but it doesn’t have to be good at all.
As you can see on our chartreaterie board, we were in an Airbnb for the weekend, so we didn’t have a fancy board or cookware to put on a fancy display, and it was just as delicious, trust me.

And yes, before you ask, all items marked with a * were soft-boiled, and we served mimosas for adults.
It’s actually my favorite breakfast dish and is usually made in a bowl. I wanted that to be part of this board, so after some trial and error with cupcake liners, we used aluminum foil cupcake cups to brown the inside. Plus, it made cleanup so much easier!
Our fruit infusion can be used as mimosa fruit juice. So we make it by mixing frozen fruit with bubbles, which we use for mimosas or our favorite alcohol (vodka or St. Germain if you want something sweeter).
A hack I learned from Our Faux Farmhouse is to make your own cinnamon rolls by making mini waffles. We simply cut the dough in half and form it into a ball, and then put it in the waffle iron to cook. That way everyone could put the ice separately and it was easier to put on the breakfast board.
