It’s frustrating and will cost you more in the long run to replace items every season, compared to buying quality items along the way.

Pro tip: I wash the pillows about twice a season with these bleach-free pods to keep them bright and white! I will buy this outdoor sofa again and again! To keep the sofa looking like new all year round, we cover it with an outdoor sofa cover, especially during the rainy months.

When shopping for an outdoor table, I wanted a large table that would seat at least 8 people and that would complement our outdoor lounge area. Our table seats six people and looks great on our terrace. I was so nervous about buying a table. Most of the reviews were a huge mixed bag. Our last outdoor dining table was terrible and expensive! I’m happy to report that the Matera outdoor dining table has held up beautifully, this will be the third summer we’ve had the table. I found our outdoor dining chairs at World Market, they don’t carry them anymore. I found these chairs, the Lucinda Outdoor Chairs, and they would look great at our outdoor dining table.

Hello everyone, I’m doing my first external post. A few weeks ago I had to visit my mother and while I was there I got to give her a better house and garden makeover. My mother lives in a small beach community in Southern California, and I knew she would love and use a freshly decorated outdoor space. We scoured Walmart’s site for all of Better Home & Garden’s outdoor furniture in search of the perfect size set, and we found it! The Camrose Farmhouse 3-PC Chat Set was exactly what she was looking for. I liked her choice. The wingback has a very “Caribbean vacation” vibe and the seat cushions and oversized back cushions are perfect for long stretches and long conversations.
When we got it, I clicked buy and entered her shipping address, and very quickly it was all delivered to her home. Since the furniture arrived before I did, we had to gather some fun accessories and supplies to complete the space.
When I arrived, we headed to her local Walmart to stock up on Better Homes and Garden pots, flowers, and everything else that makes an outdoor space perfect.
