Ever since I saw elephants IRL at the Taipei Zoo when I was 6 years old, I instantly fell in love with their thick ears and their gentleness and calmness. It amazes me to this day how they carry themselves despite their size.

Lately I’ve noticed a big trend in the elephant shower theme for any related baby so I thought why not create an elephant mosaic filled with balloons? I contacted my graphic designer and sent him a large drawing of my elephant that would make this design easy to copy from scratch. This is the result, and I am very happy to share it with you all:

There are many applications for this elephant design. You can attach a helium bouquet to the trunk, or create a natural heart shape to attach to the elephant using ribbon! You can fill it with balloons of different colors to give it a fancy look.

For the cupcake display, I used two cardboard boxes that I wrapped in silver foil that I bought at Walmart. I always like to add printed boxes to the party to mix in with the other decorations. The white tablecloth used for the cake table was actually twin size, plain white paper and was purchased at Walmart for only $5.00. The chevron fabric was purchased from Hobby Lobby. I love the color & style it adds to the table. And last, but not least, the paper pom-pons hanging from the ceiling add extra flair to the display.
