Last weekend, Livvie and I headed to the beach for a soccer tournament which made a great excuse for a “just us” mother daughter weekend!
Last year, around this time, I made it my mission to get the 7 of us together for dinner after a ten year hiatus!

In this case, it’s important to remove and clear all things like magazines, TV remotes, and table decorations, so you can see the space and page you want to work with to its full potential.

Now that we’ve seen my Amazon coffee table styled 3 different ways, here are 3 tips for decorating your coffee table for spring!
Start decorating your coffee table by placing flowers or greenery on one side of your coffee table.
The key here is that we are using flowers or greens to add color, texture and soft organic shapes through flowers or leaves.
How To Update Your Traditional Décor
In one recipe, I used a $5.99 real tulip bouquet from the grocery store. Here are some beautiful artificial tulips from Amazon that look so real, available in a variety of colors.
In the 2nd coffee table vitnet, I used this hurricane candle holder from Target for the Valentine’s Day bouquet.
In the 3rd coffee table style, I used 2 sets of Eucalyptus stems from Amazon in white ceramic bowls from Target.
Add height to the table with items like taper candles that add interest and draw attention upwards.
Living Room Refresh
I ordered these flameless candles in beige and I love the soft neutral color and the height they add to the table for spring!
The taper candles come as a set of 5, with a remote control and have a date timer so they turn on automatically without you having to think about it!
I love the smooth lines of this cast iron bowl from Target, it adds just enough height to make the table interesting.
I also love using this marble ruffle bowl as a decorative finish on our coffee table.

I like to pair a large coffee table book with a small book and then display them on a very small decorative plate.
There you have it – coffee table style 101! Coffee Table Style 101 Recap! 1. Start a container filled with flowers or green plants. 2. Add height for visual interest to attract the eye. 3. Finish the look by adding small details using bowls, candles and/or a stack of books!
