As kids, we had a navy leather couch that saved me, my three siblings, and four dogs for almost two decades. In general, except for the time when my younger sister carved her middle sister’s name (she was smarter than to sign her own name…but she did put a J on the back), the couch held up nicely. I really like the look of our latest leather sofa (read all about it here if you’re interested), but most of my years have been spent minimizing the presence of a room with a brown leather sofa.
