This is my first time buying so I don’t know what to expect. The delivery experience was very smooth, I received several calls to set up and confirm the delivery time. The futon mattress is very comfortable and doesn’t smell weird (I bought an 8 inch wool cotton double foam mattress from Gold Bond). However, folding a mattress like a sofa is difficult and you need two people. All in all, a great online shopping experience

Pay extra to fit the futon, however I found it expensive and still asking for the price. Delivery was on time and the technicians assembled the futon and put away the packaging. They did a good job checking the final assembly step of the furniture for missed steps or defects.

Our Murphy bed arrived earlier than expected, in great shape and not difficult to assemble. The people who provided it helped us and were very nice. Appreciate their excellent service. The mattress is comfortable and there is extra storage space for bedding and quilts. I will definitely buy again!
