2. Choose several colors of felt to make a snowman hat. The size of your hat will depend on the size of your glass ornament. Cut a small thin triangle to make the main part of the hat. Cut a strip of your other color to make the cuff of your hat. Using a hot glue gun, glue the ribbon to the hat along the base of the triangle. Fold the triangle to give the hat a floppy look and glue it. Glue a small pompom to the end. Now glue the hat onto the ornament so that the hat looks like the glass ball is wearing the hat.

3. Using pencils, draw a face in the middle of the ball under the hat. Black circles for the eyes, smaller black circles for the mouth and an orange triangle to make the carrot nose. If you want to make your snowman a little more girly, you can add eyelashes and pink circles for rosy cheeks.

4. If you want, you or your child can write your name and year on the back to make the decoration more memorable.
