When you compare the lifetime cleaning costs of a busy commercial kitchen with the small additional capital investment required for a high-performance surface treatment, the cost quickly becomes justified.

After all, as Hatish explains, “it was a working kitchen and it had to be done after hours under strict control.” But it worked. “We reused the same grid so it was easy to change the tiles and it also meant we could work across the kitchen.
