When you have finished coloring the paper wreath, start cutting the wreath. Be sure to cut the tops (which will look like feathers) to the jewelry chain (see the picture). Can you also use plastic gems/stickers, glitter or buttons to decorate your crown? Even add fun ribbons. But we provide paper forms in the meantime!

Glue the three parts of the crown. You can add tape inside to make it tighter. Next, drill the holes that we will use for the split pin to hold the top of the crown. Place the main body of the crown to the side.

Fold the top along the line and then cut. Before gluing, close the top, make sure to fold the bottom at an angle of 90 °. The bottom part will then be glued to the top of the crown.

Find the two white circles on the jewelry page near the top of the crown. Make a small cut with your scissors or if you have a craft knife (help your parents if they use a craft knife). Then push the split pin through one of the paper circles.

In the photo above, you can see what it looks like from the inside of the crown. Now start adding longer “feathers”/flaps to the split pin. Add the second round of paper and split the pin so that it keeps all the flaps in place.
