Cute Ideas Diy

Cute Ideas Diy – My youngest is in 5th grade and this will be his last year giving out gifts to his classmates.  He’s going to high school next year (sob!) and these DIY Valentine’s Day gifts will fall into the “not cool” category. I am totally upset because this is one of the crafts I love to do. Coming up with cute gift ideas for your friends and teachers is a very fun and easy activity. Anyway, I thought I’d share these cute erasers as a gift idea in case you need a candy-free option for your kids or teachers. Read the full tutorial!

Now it’s time to add your text. I used 2 separate text areas for the top and 2 more for the bottom, then 2 more for punctuation. For example, I used a text area for the “Make No” text using the following properties:

Finally, I added separate text areas for “,” and “!” and place them closer to the end of the “Fault” and “Awesome” text areas. This is because if I added them with the existing character spacing, the punctuation would be too far apart and look weird. Play around with your design using different fonts and spacing. Creativity is on your side!

You can repeat for as many DIY Valentine’s Day gifts as you need. Once everything is cut out, have your child sign their name on the back, then glue the erasers to the small rectangle in the middle! And that’s it! How cute are these little treats?
