If a change order is requested prior to the design stage, store credit may be in the form of a balance valid for one year from the date of issue. RUSH fee not included.
If the design stage has already begun, store credit may be issued for the print balance, which is valid for one year from the date of issue. No credit will be accepted for digital orders once the design phase has begun. RUSH fee not included.
