This means making sure all slides have the same format and layout. If you’re creating a presentation and pulling slides from several different presentations, take a moment to reformat them so they all look the same.

It’s 2023. Everything is digital. People read on laptops, iPads or widescreen monitors. I’m still amazed when I see PowerPoint presentations in 4:3 ratio. It looks like something from the 90s.
