Before I had my daughters, one of my hobbies was pottery, so I was looking for easy ways to get back into it. What’s so great about air dry clay is that it doesn’t make a mess and doesn’t involve a kiln, or even an oven.

2. Place the bowl upside down in the clay. Cut the rim of the bowl with a knife. Lift the clay gently and place it inside the bowl. To make the nesting bowl kit, I simply used my glass nesting mixing bowls from my kitchen. I used the four smaller ones.

3. Push the clay into the bowl until it touches the bottom and side. Edges are smoothed with a finger. Let the clay dry overnight, up to a day until dry.
