Gift Card Design Ideas – Every year, it seems like more and more gift cards are given out for Christmas, birthdays, weddings, and just about every other time. So I love a good gift card, especially a fun fold-out card. And I have a very easy one for you! You can keep this simple or jazz it up as much as you like.

Shop Persnickety Gift Card
I love the Merriest Moments stamp set and the painted Christmas patterned paper. I used it a lot last year and I haven’t used it much this year. So I put them together for a fun folding card. This item will be retired in December.
For this card I used Real Red cardstock and stamped the images in Real Red, Shaded Spruce, Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight in the center.
To keep the thumb on the inside of the card, I used a permanent punch tag. I punched the small side of the patterned paper to make fun little holes.
The center section of this fun folding card is perfect for adding a personal message. Or, if you want, you can stamp an additional message or image on it.

I need to get some new stamps and paper from the January-April 2023 Mini Catalog to make this folding wedding card. I love the new Fancy Flora patterned paper. I believe one of Stampin’ Up!®’s wonderful designers drew the design for this paper. It was then photographed and turned into a paper model.
The patterned paper was really nice, so instead of creating a design like I had for the previous card, I used it for the front part. I added the stamp sentiment from the NEW Something Fancy stamp set and cut it with the Something Fancy die. I added linen thread tied into a loop as an extra embellishment depending on the sentiment.
I die cut the thumb from the patterned paper with another tag from the Something Fancy die set.
This beautiful sentiment stamp set joins the Flora Two-Tone Stamp Set and dies. Together, they are part of the Flora Fancy Suite collection.
