Gluten and dairy are delicious. i know. Let’s not be. For example…I dream of getting into a giant pita with cheese and walking almost every evening. But dairy and gluten can cause many problems for many people around the world, and most of us don’t even know it! I mean, come on. And garlic. I’m crying in the corner. Also eggs. I mean, here comes the genetic lottery… At least we know avocado on toast isn’t going to ruin my life like it has for many millennials.
