I highly recommend choosing the multi-knit pattern category from other people’s knit patterns to have complete confidence in constructing your own design. I also recommend that you choose a model category that does not require extensive grading – if any. A simple accessory is perfect. Although no one else will read your design summary, it will make your life a lot easier when you start writing a knitting pattern, especially if you are a beginner.

While you can totally build a simple beginner model without a spreadsheet, they are essential for more complex models, especially those that are classified.
