Learning Website Design For Beginners – Hi, it’s me, Ella. I recently started this place and I’m back, five days after my first blog post here. In a sea of ​​sharks, whales, and adorable shock-turning dolphins—aka UI/UX design experts—I’m the one starting from scratch. Like, zero!

There are definitely people who will recognize themselves in my writing; People are too afraid to ask questions because being “stupid” on the Internet is a surefire way to attract trolls. This week, for my second UI/UX challenge, I was tasked with starting and completing the “Ultimate Figma Crash Course 2023” by DesignCourse.

Fact: About half an hour into the video tutorial, I got bored. I wanted to stop everything and have a “tantrum”. But deep down I knew this would not solve the problem.

So the challenge at hand was to create a fictitious coupon website for a fictitious brand called “Copley”. Teacher Gary went with bright green, black and white colors. I went with my signature black, gold, pearl and white colors. It doesn’t hurt to spice it up a bit to suit my preferences!
