9 strips of quilling paper per person: Pre-cut quilling paper can be purchased at craft stores, or you can cut your own. I made my own by cutting the paper into 1/4 inch lengthwise strips on the computer. Standard quilling paper is 1/8 inch wide, but I find that 1/4 inch wide pieces are more manageable for kids, you can make them wider. To make it easier for little fingers you can cut a few extra pieces per person so they have something to practice.
