Masculine Vintage Bathroom Plans

I put a ton of pressure on myself to create a perfect space. There’s a lot to consider when planning a master bathroom, and it can honestly be hectic and stressful!

I wrote a whole post about how I came up with the bathroom design, how I handled all the products, and how I used our budget to determine if I could spend more money versus saving in other areas.

Before starting a clean design project, I go to my favorite source for inspiration – Pinterest! I have a whole Pinterest board for modern bathroom ideas here if you want to check it out!

When scrolling through Pinterest for the perfect images, it’s important to keep in mind that the same result may not be possible within your budget.

Some of these bathrooms are probably in the 10’s of thousands of dollars, and that’s not in our budget right now. That’s good.

For starters, I like to put whatever image I have in mind. Not my “style” though. I’m tired of being defined by one style.

So when I put together a bunch of images (I’m talking 50 or more), I go back and see what I like about the image. Were these colors? Have you chosen a tile? Or was it something else entirely?

Then, you compare it to what you currently have. For example, we live in a 100+ year old brick house with lots of history.
