After nearly two years of non-availability, we were able to obtain the bamboo plywood we needed to make the interior panels. As far as we know, we will be able to continue to maintain the bamboo stocks. It took a while to build up our panel inventory. We expect to start shipping small quantities in mid-June, but we are taking orders now to get them ready for production

Our bamboo inner panels are extremely durable – 100% waterproof and almost impossible to scratch or stain. They will never warp from moisture or rain like they did with the old ones and like they did with the stock reproductions.
We have two sets: regular set and Deluxe set. Plain Set is just bamboo with black edges. The Deluxe Set is a 2-color panel with color inserts made especially for your bus. Color inserts can be made to match your coach’s exterior color or interior seat materials…or whatever you want. See the Deluxe chart on the left to learn about the different options for the Deluxe panel.
Regarding your original black plastic vents and armrests: some Bay Window Bus models are equipped with door mounted black plastic vents and armrests. These are not reproduced anywhere, and rarely survive today. However, our bamboo panels CAN be made to be used in conjunction with any or all of the original door mounted black plastic valves – but this is only done on request and at an additional cost.
Rarely seen today, all Bus Bay Window panel sets are standard made to be used WITHOUT black air vents and door mounted armrests, unless otherwise specified.

Bamboo interior panels are installed using bamboo colored screws for a virtually invisible installation. All necessary screws are included in the purchase, and the panels themselves come with pre-drilled screw locations, so you don’t have to guess where to drill.
All panel sets are edged in black by default. White borders or special colors may be available upon request and at an additional cost.
